Information: Rich Lougee lives in Manchester, New Hampshire, where he is currently head coach of the PAL U15 boys lacrosse team, which is the feeder program to the city’s four high schools. Rich serves on the PAL Lacrosse Board of Directors and in the past has served on the local Board of Directors of Little League Baseball as well as having coached youth baseball, soccer and hockey, as well as lacrosse.

Rich is a 1974 graduate of Winchester (MA) High School where he was a two-year starting midfielder on the varsity lacrosse team and also played soccer for New England Hall of Fame Coach Gene Bouley. He went on to play lacrosse and rugby at Dartmouth College and on its club hockey team. After graduating in 1978, Rich founded American Rugby Films (ARF) to film and provide analysis opportunities for college, club and select-side teams to improve training and game regimens. Using ARF, Harvard University went on to win the Division 1 National Collegiate Rugby Championship in 1984.

Having served in the U. S. Navy and now retired from the U. S. Senate where he served as staff member to a New Hampshire Senator for three terms, Rich is once again putting his energy into assisting high school, college and high-level club teams utilize video to develop their athletes and advance their game performance to the highest possible level. Rich and his wife Carrie have two sons, Ross and Chad, currently playing hockey and lacrosse at the high school varsity level or on select travel teams which play throughout the Northeast and Canada.
